​Mrs. Mitchell has taught 2nd grade since 2003.  She graduated with her BS from Eastern Illinois University. Mrs. Mitchell also earned her Master of Science Education degree in 2006 from EIU.  Her Specialist in Education degree was completed in 2016 at EIU.  Mrs. Mitchell is a four time Ironman 70.3 finisher. She loves everything Disney and is an avid reader.  She has a daughter, Piper and a husband, Jeremy.
